Return/Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations within these timeframes:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
AND
Exchanges will be honored if the product was damaged in shipping or if there is a spelling error on our part. In either of these circumstances, a shipping label will be provided to you. For any other reason for exchange/return, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
**Returned or exchanged items must be in original packaging.
